DAMHA works hard to ensure we maintain the properties of our residents to the highest possible standard.

We do this through a programme of planned maintenance work.

This ensures we improve our properties and continue to meet the Government’s standard for Decent Homes.

We also ensure that when unplanned work needs to be carried out in your home, this work is done as quickly as possible.

We use a network of mainly small, locally based contractors to carry out the work. The service they provide is excellent and we monitor them regularly to maintain the highest standards.
