DAMHA is pleased to announce that it has retained the highest possible regulatory rating following an assessment conducted in December.
The Regulator of Social Housing has given the Association a G1 rating for Governance and a V1 rating for financial Viability.
This follows an annual ‘stability check’ in which the regulator looks at financial information submitted by housing providers (including their most recent business plan and annual accounts) and consider whether their current viability grade is consistent with this.
Paul Mullis, DAMHA Chief Executive said: “We are delighted to have retained the highest regulatory rating.
“In its judgement, the Regulator of Social Housing noted that DAMHA has a strong financial profile and that we continue to be well governed.
“It demonstrates that DAMHA continues to be a reliable organisation which is able to adapt to ever-changing circumstances and deliver high-quality services to its residents.
“It’s a great end to the year and we would like to thank our staff, the DAMHA Board and our residents for their support throughout 2025.
