Paying by Direct Debit is the cheapest, safest and simplest method of payment, which benefits all DAMHA customers. It allows you to remain in control, gives you peace of mind knowing you have paid on time, costs DAMHA less money to collect and provides you with a money back guarantee. All payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Please contact the office if you require a Direct Debit mandate.
Residents can use their Payment Card if they wish to pay their account weekly. The card has no monetary value but it simply tells us who you are so we can credit your account accurately. You can use the card at most local stories and post offices and all you need to do is hand your card to the cashier and tell them how much you wish to pay. You will then get a receipt and we will normally credit your account within 5 working days.
