Durham Aged Mineworkers’ Homes Association has general needs housing properties located across County Durham and the North East.
We allocate our homes to people aged 50 and over. But you do not need a connection to the coal mining industry to live in our homes.
The properties, predominantly bungalows, are designed to promote independent living but with an emphasis on promoting community spirit and neighbourliness.
You can discover more about our homes. Please either use the links on the left of this page or the map above.
If you would like to live in our homes, please do not hesitate to contact us because we would love to hear from you.
