Our Residents are at the heart of everything we do.

We are, therefore, committed to listening to and involving them as much as we can.

Residents are encouraged to become involved through various ways and this includes:-

  • Gardening Club Membership

We also recognise, and consequently understand, that many people are happy not to become involved.

They just want to live in a nice home. and in addition, they rightfully expect their home will be maintained to modern standards.

Because of this, we make substantial investments both in upgrading existing properties and building new ones.

John and Margaret Corner, who live in one of our homes in Seaham, overlooking the North Sea, say:

“Now, everything is one level and when we wake up each morning we open the curtains and look out onto the sea.
