The Homes and Communities Agency has given DAMHA the highest possible score for the way it is governed and financially managed.
DAMHA Chief Executive Paul Mullis said: “We are delighted that the HCA consider us to be a well governed and financially sound organisation.
“Like the rest of the housing sector, DAMHA is operating in an increasingly challenging environment but this latest rating demonstrates the robustness of our business plan and with strong governance in place, we can continue to improve our services and provide the very best value for money for our residents.”
“I would like to pay tribute to our staff and executive committee for the crucial role they play within the organisation.
