DAMHA scores well in North & Midlands benchmarking test

In a report published in January by Housemark, the Housing Association’s Benchmarking Club, the Association scored extremely well when compared with other housing associations in the Northern and Midlands regions. The research covers the 12 month period of 2006/7 and compares housing association performance indicators for that year.

The summary compares our headline costs and performance with the 2006/7 average for traditional and LSVT housing associations, which have formed from the transfer of former council housing.

All the comparisons below are calculated using a simple average (mean).
