Vision Management Surveys (VMS)
At DAMHA we are constantly aiming to improve our services and we currently use a postal VMS satisfaction survey which regularly looks at the wider service being delivered relating to gas servicing, allocations and repairs on a monthly basis.
The VMS survey collects information on our service delivery and rectification notices are used to investigate reasons behind each case as to why the residents were not fully satisfied.
Below are the results for the previous 12 months.

Resident's views are important to us and help us to improve our services and we ask that you continue to take the time to complete and return the VMS form if you receive one.
