Sound beginning for new radio station

Durham FM is the region’s newest radio station, and is the first dedicated to the whole of the County for more than three decades. The station provides a lively mix of music from the 60’s to the present day, news, sport, traffic and travel and local events. Peter Grant, Station Manager, said “our aim is to become the voice of the area, providing nothing less than first class local news, and engaging music that people really want to listen to”.
