2010 DAMHA Pot Plant Competition: Call for entries July 26th

Show us your gardening skills and let us share in the delights of your garden in the 2010 DAMHA Pot Plant Competition.

To enter, simply send in photographs of your late spring and early summer displays to reach the office by the closing date of 26 July 2009.

Remember to use only current photographs because they will be used to judge the initial shortlist.

A first prize of £50 worth of gardening vouchers is on offer for the winning display with two runners-up prizes of £10. Each and every entrant will receive a certificate in recognition of their efforts.

Judges will select a shortlist of gardens to visit from the photographs sent in and then award prizes to the top three. Effort will be rewarded and the age and mobility of the gardener will be taken into account.

The competition is open to all residents.

We would love to see the result of your gardening efforts in any shape or form. If you don't have a garden, it could be a plant pot, window box, hanging basket or other type of container.
