Gas Servicing

Every year, people die from carbon monoxide poisoning caused by faulty or poorly maintained gas appliances. To safeguard our residents, we treat gas safety with the utmost importance and carry out an annual service on all gas fires and central heating boilers as well as issuing you with a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate.The smoke detector in your home will be cleaned at the same time.

A letter will be sent to you in advance notifying you of the date when your gas service and smoke detector cleaning will be carried out. The letter requests that you use the freephone number to let our Customer Service Team know if you will be available. Unfortunately a majority of residents are not letting us know if they will be available thus resulting in wasted visits by the contractor which are expensive.

If you are not going to be available on the first visit it would help us keep costs to a minimum if you were able to leave a key with a neighbour.
