Changes to our Out of Hours Repairs Service
The Association has entered into a contract with GENTOO Ltd to carry out all of our out-of-hours repairs as and when they arise.
The decision to place the contract with one company was made to make reporting out of hours repairs easier for our residents and the various Warden Care Call centres who will have just one telephone number to ring, whereas before we were dealing with ten local authority call centres and other contractors. It is intended the new service will have started on February 1st 2010.
