We are currently inviting all residents to help us make sure that we have correct and up-to-date information about you on our systems. If you haven't already received one, we will soon be sending out a self- completion form to you all.

This information is used to assist us in providing all residents with a consistently high standard of service and to ensure that our services are developed to meet the diverse needs of all of our customers.

With an ever increasing diversity of residents, we have to ensure that we provide appropriate services and this is why we now ask 'Equality and Diversity' questions regarding ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, and disability.
