General Enquiries and Customer Service

Need a repair doing? Got a query about your weekly charge? Want to make a complaint?

Whatever your problem the Customer Services Team is on hand to help.

We are a team of people who are trained in dealing with a wide range of issues. Customer services can:

  • Arrange a repair to your property.
  • Once the job has been completed we will contact you to make sure that you are happy with the work that has been done.
  • We can help with a range of weekly charge queries.
  • We can also assist with a wide range of housing management queries including anti social behaviour complaints.
  • If you are on our waiting list we can advise of your chances of being re housed and also give you practical advice if you need housing urgently.
  • If your query requires specialist attention we will pass it onto the person most able to help.

So whether you contact us by phone or call into the office you can be sure that you will be dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner. If we can't solve your problem immediately we will keep you informed at all times of what is happening.
