Policies and Performance
Continuous Improvement is sought, and reviews will be progressed with residents at the heart of everything we do.
A performance management system is in place to review and monitor improvements in the levels of satisfaction as a result of any changes made. It allows us to capture and act upon individual residents comments about services. The information gathered is fed into Focus Groups and will be an invaluable tool for drawing continuous improvement via our Improvement Plans and Service Statements.
