Management Team

Day to day responsibility for management rests with the Chief Executive, supported by the Management Team.

Chief Executive
Gordon is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing (Qualified in 1980) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute

Appointed as Chief Executive in 2007 after serving almost 25 years Head of Housing and Development. Previously with 3 Local Authorities Housing Association, Gordon has 38 years of social housing experience in The North East Region. He has overall responsibility for the management of the Association and its effective performance.

paul s mullisPaul S Mullis
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (Qualified in 1994)

Appointed in 2002 after 5 years financial management experience with a regional supported housing provider and 7 years auditing and accounting experience with the National Audit Office and Ernst & Young. Paul has responsibility for Finance, IT, Personnel and Office Administration.

brian stobbsBrian Stobbs
Asset Manager

Appointed to the post of Asset Manager in September 2007 having been originally appointed as Development Officer in 1992, after serving 13 years in an architects practice. Brian has responsibility for new build projects, planned and responsive maintenance and sales of redundant stock.

pauline yorkPauline York
Housing Manager

Appointed to the post of Housing Manager in November 2007, Pauline has 23 years experience in Social Housing having previously worked at Derwentside District Council and latterly its voluntary transfer Organisation Derwentside Homes. Pauline is responsible for all housing management issues.
