Partnership and Sharing Knowledge
Partnership working is the foundation of all our work. We currently work in the following 13 Local Authorities in the North East:
- Castle Morpeth
- Chester le Street
- Derwentside
- Durham
- Easington
- Gateshead
- Hartlepool
- North Tyneside
- Sedgefield
- South Tyneside
- Sunderland
- Teesdale
- Wear Valley
We also continue to work with other key partners such as The Housing Corporation, via our development partnership with Isos Developments, to assist in the revitalising of our Coalfield Communities.
Sharing Knowledge
The Association provides a combination of housing management, development and financial administration to the following small almshouse charities which would struggle to effectively and economically provide for themselves. In return, the Association is able to spread its administrative costs over a wider base:
